Technical browsing data. When you open a page, the servers that host the site automatically record technical data such as your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, browser type and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse.
Data you send us. If you write to info@thefoodcons.com or contact us through the links on the site, we process your name, email address and whatever you choose to include in your message, only to reply and, if relevant, to manage the professional relationship that follows.

Email is handled through our email service provider, which acts as a data processor. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period, normally no longer than 30 days, unless needed to investigate security incidents.
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting professional relationship, and in any case no longer than required by applicable law.
